If you choose Express delivery, you’ll receive your order within 24 hours.
It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver the order within USA. In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days.
In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Diamond Best Sales reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.
Purchases from categories other than Large Home Appliances, Large Televisions are charged $15. Charges vary as per the size and location of delivery determined by the seller. However, Diamond Best Sales Members do not pay any delivery charge for products sold by Diamond Best Sales.
No. Currently we do not deliver outside the USA & Canada.
However, you may get in touch with our customer center on support@palletsliquidationcenter.com for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the USA & Canada.

All products are covered under standard product warranty as mentioned in the Warranty Terms & Conditions.
Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.
You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.
